I think this clipping is an over correction to some youth these days who don't do much or whine and complain all the time. Having fun is an important part of life, and people should give and receive. However it is important to haul your own in the world, and take initiative. Though I would like to add that dreams are what drive us to change things in the world, and that we often get our ideas in life from our activities outside of work. This man surely must realize that in a world when we do nothing to interact and get a break that we would lead very unsatisfied lives.
